What is MineCore?

MineCore (Former Name: Quartz Core, Silica Mineral Panel) is an eco-friendly building material that can withstand continuous high operation temperatures. It is a light weight, low thermal conductive and high strength product.

What is Calcium Silicate Board?

Ingredients are reacted together under heated steam and high-pressure to form the Tobermorite crystals.
The board is cured by an autoclaving process with just water and no added glue and other formaldehyde containing substances.

R&D OF TECHNIQUE

While constructing the production system at LONGlNG, we also prioritize the establishment of a laboratory. Currently, thelaboratory is essentially equipped to conduct testing according to common European and American standards forflooring and wall materials.
INTERTEK conducted relevant standard training for LONGiNG's laboratory from june 4 to 6, 2020, and issued thecorresponding certification.
